Main responsibilities are recruitment and staffing, Preparing offer letter and contract,workers compensation and grievance handling
- Keeping and updating employee data base, Payroll management and attendance collection, workers vacation handling and ticketing, Final settlement and conducting exit interviews,
- Conducting training and orientation for new workers and existing workers as well.
- Preparing HR policies and make sure that workers are following the policies and procedures of the company
- Take desiplinary actions against the rule violeters, Issuing warning letter and termination letter.
- Conducting daily meeting with the staff representatives and coordinators, quarterly and yearly performance evaluation.

Qualification and requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in human resources.
- Additional training/certification in Payroll Management - may be advantageous.
- Labor Relations certification - may be advantageous.
- Experience as a Skills Development Facilitator - may be advantageous.
- Able to engage in meaningful negotiation and resolution.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: QAR5,000.00 - QAR5,500.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:
