Accountant Bdm

We require female accountant cum busineess development manager who can perform the below responsibilities and duties

n **Handling and recording clients inquiries and items requests.**

**Connecting with new clients and getting new business for the company.**

n **Building strong and effective relationships with clients in order to deliver exceptional service, registering new client’s details for future contact and develop an extensive loyal customer database.**

n **Monitoring / preparing schedules, meetings, logs for various works, attend and follwup calls.**

n **Managed files/folders and compiled records.**

n **Managed financial records and bookkeeping activities.**

n **Answer customers inquiries about the company.**

n **Reroute calls to appropriate people.**

n **Greet customers and visitors and perform tier-one/first contact services.**

n **Answer telephone and relay messages to appropriate recipients.**

n **Proofread records and reports for accuracy.**

n **Helped organize office activities.**

n **Ensures management of minor repairs of the office.**

n **Performed document photocopying and paperwork distribution tasks.**

n **Managed accurate billing and petty cash.**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 24 months

**Salary**: QAR4,000.00 - QAR6,000.00 per month
