Pearling Season International School is seeking a dedicated and passionate Behaviour Therapist to join our team. As a Behaviour Therapist, you will work with individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) or other developmental disabilities, implementing behaviour intervention plans and providing support to help them achieve their goals. Your role will involve direct interaction with clients, utilizing different techniques to promote positive behaviour change and skill development. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are committed to making a difference in the lives of individuals with special needs.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Special Needs, Psychology, Education, or a related field
- Previous experience working with individuals with autism or developmental disabilities.
- Knowledge and understanding of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles and techniques.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Patience, compassion, and a genuine interest in working with individuals with special needs.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
