**Job Purpose**:
As the **Facility Coordinator,** you will supervise, coordinate and control all activities of maintenance, refurbishment/modifications, and construction /installations /commissioning/ testing of equipment/buildings/system. The activities include a wide range of equipment/system/building associated with different disciplines such as HVAC, Electrical, Mechanical, Instrumentation, and Civil.

**Responsibilities**:

- Ensure that Plant preventive maintenance activities are carried out as per the schedule.
- Troubleshoot the premature / unusual failure of the system.
- Carry out root cause analysis of the problems.
- Ensure all the field activities are carried out as per safety standards.
- Provide work directions to support partner and contractor staffs and ensure that all activities confirm to client policies and procedures and accepted technical standards.
- Remain up to date in the respective field of engineering.
- Coordinate cohesive functioning of various maintenance sections to ensure a high degree of reliability/availability of equipment and facilities.
- Coordinate and liaise with building focal points and coordinate day to O&M activities.
- Provide work directions to subordinates and contractor staff and ensure that all activities conform to client policies and procedures and accepted technical standards.

**Qualification**:

- At least 10 years of varied maintenance and operational experience in the field of Maintenance, out of which must have a minimum of 5 years supervisory experience to maintain advanced MEP systems and Building Management System is mandatory.
- Completion of secondary education followed by 4 years Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation or Civil Engineering is a requirement.

**Experience & Skills**:
Essential:

- Good knowledge of English (both written and understanding of technical manuals) is essential.

Preferred:

- Hands on field experience in Facilities Management & Oil and Gas Industry is preferred.
- He must be familiar with the technical standards & regulations.
- Very good interpersonal skills and adaptability to work in a multinational environment.
