**Company Overview**:
**Marketing Strategy**:
Dieture builds on ongoing partnerships with personal trainers, offering them discounted prices and commissions. In return, trainers contribute content, appearing in our ads and videos. Our primary marketing channels are digital and social media, with Instagram being our leading platform.

**Target Audience**:
Our primary target audience comprises premium customers, predominantly Qatari nationals, with a 70% female and 30% male distribution.

**Content Creation**:
The Sales Marketing Executive will oversee the creation of luxury, high-end photo and video content for social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube. Emphasis will be on positive emotions and inspiration. They will work with an in-house photographer, videographer and external performance marketing agency.

**Influencer and Partner Management**:
Manage relationships with fitness influencers, personal trainers, dietitians, and luxury influencers. Collaborate with existing partners and onboard new influencers to create engaging content.

**Networking and Relationship Building**:
Participate in fitness, food, and sports-related events to expand the network. Develop and manage relationships with influencers and key stakeholders.

**Corporate Deals and Employee Discounts**: Forge corporate partnerships with large organizations, offering exclusive discounts to their employees.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Interest and experience in fitness and nutrition.
- A bachelor's degree is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong skills in relationship management.
- Creative mindset with an eye for luxury and high-end aesthetics.

**Team Collaboration**:
Collaborate closely with the Global Head of Branding, videographer, design team, data scientist and marketing agency to ensure seamless integration of marketing efforts.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Develop and implement marketing strategies aligned with Dieture's goals.

2. Manage relationships with personal trainers, influencers, and other partners.

3. Oversee the creation of high-quality content for social media platforms.

4. Attend and represent Dieture at fitness, food, and sports-related events.

5. Identify and negotiate corporate deals to expand Dieture's reach.

6. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure brand consistency across all channels.

**Salary**: QAR8,000.00 - QAR10,000.00 per month
