**Key Responsibilities**:
**Summit System Administration**:
Oversee the daily administration and maintenance of the Summit system.
Configure and customize the Summit platform to meet the organization's specific requirements.
Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions to optimize functionality.
IT Service Management (ITSM) and IT Operations Management (ITOM):
Utilize Summit to streamline ITSM processes such as incident management, change management, and service request fulfillment.
Implement ITOM practices using Summit to monitor, analyze, and manage IT infrastructure and services.
Continuously improve ITSM and ITOM workflows by leveraging Summit's capabilities and best practices.
**Software Quality Assurance**:
Develop and implement comprehensive quality assurance processes for Summit system updates, upgrades, and customizations.
Conduct thorough testing of Summit configurations, workflows, and integrations to ensure reliability and stability.
Collaborate with software development teams to identify and resolve defects in Summit functionality.
Define and maintain documentation related to quality assurance procedures and test plans.
**User Support and Training**:
Provide user support and training for Summit system administrators and end-users.
Create user guides, training materials, and knowledge base articles to facilitate efficient use of the Summit platform.
Address user inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and escalate complex technical problems as needed.
As a **Project Coordinator**, you will play a pivotal role in managing and coordinating various projects aimed at optimizing tax administration processes and enhancing compliance. You will work closely with project managers, IT professionals, and other stakeholders to ensure successful project implementation and delivery.
**Qualifications**:
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
Proven experience in Summit system administration, configuration, and customization.
Strong understanding of IT Service Management (ITSM) and IT Operations Management (ITOM) concepts and practices.
Proficiency in software quality assurance methodologies, tools, and techniques.
Experience in testing enterprise-level software systems, preferably in the ITSM or ITOM domain.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues independently.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Relevant certifications in Summit administration, ITSM, or ITOM (e.g., ServiceNow Certified System Administrator) would be a plus.
**Preferred Qualifications**:
ITIL and ISTQB or relevant certificates
Proven experience for working in government sector.
Management skills and relevant experience
Arabic speaker is a must
