**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Project Planning and Scheduling**:

- Assist the director in developing project plans, timelines, and schedules.
- Organize and attend project meetings, take detailed notes, and distribute meeting minutes.
- **Resource Coordination**:

- Coordinate with different teams to allocate resources and ensure that tasks are completed efficiently.
- Track the availability of personnel, materials, and other resources to maintain project momentum.
- **Documentation and Reporting**:

- Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including plans, progress reports, and issue logs.
- Provide regular updates on project progress to stakeholders and escalate issues when necessary.
- **Communication and Liaison**:

- Serve as a point of contact for team members, providing assistance with day-to-day tasks and resolving project-related inquiries.
- Communicate with stakeholders to provide project updates and gather requirements.
- **Monitoring Project Progress**:

- Track project deliverables and ensure that timelines are being adhered to.
- Identify potential risks or issues, report them to the project manager, and assist in resolving them.
- **Quality Control**:

- Support quality assurance activities by ensuring tasks are completed to standard.
- Review deliverables to ensure they meet project and company quality requirements.
- **Administrative Support**:

- Assist in managing project budgets, including tracking expenses and ensuring financial documentation is up-to-date.
- Handle administrative duties, such as setting up meetings, organizing project files, and maintaining project records.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in business, management, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a project coordinator, assistant, or similar role.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software (e.g., Asana, Trello, MS Project).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Problem-solving skills and ability to work well under pressure.
