**Job Description: Watch Technician**

**Position**: Watch Technician

**Responsibilities**:
**Watch Repair and Servicing**:Perform detailed diagnostics, repairs, and servicing of luxury watches.
Ensure adherence to brand standards and specifications.

**Technical Expertise**:Possess in-depth knowledge of various luxury watch mechanisms and complications.
Utilize specialized tools and equipment for precision repair work.

**Quality Assurance**:Conduct thorough quality checks on repaired watches to ensure accuracy and functionality.
Maintain high standards of craftsmanship in all repair and maintenance tasks.

**Customer Interaction**:Interact with customers to understand their concerns and preferences.
Provide expert advice on watch care and maintenance.

**Documentation**:Accurately document all repair activities, including parts used and time spent on each repair.
Provide detailed reports on the condition of watches and recommended repairs.

**Inventory Management**:Manage and track inventory of watch parts to ensure a well-stocked work environment.
Coordinate with suppliers for the procurement of necessary components.

**Continuous Learning**:Stay updated on the latest trends, technologies, and innovations in the luxury watch industry.
Participate in training programs to enhance skills and knowledge.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Watch Technician with expertise in luxury brands.
- Technical certification or equivalent training in watch repair.
- Strong attention to detail and precision in handling delicate watch mechanisms.
- Excellent communication skills and customer-centric approach.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
