Sales & Marketing Manager

We’re an online platform that provides the ability to search for and find local shops that deliver grocery items to consumers. We make customers comfortable by providing information about the store’s products, pricing, and assuring proper quality and reliability.

Role Summary

We’re looking for a passionate, creative and results-driven Sales & Marketing Manager to support the marketing strategy and growth campaigns development. Planning & developing sales strategy that drive customer acquisitions and improve customer retention and targeted CRM promotions.

Requirements: -- Review the market trends and oversee the implementation of strategies to attain revenue targets.
- Ensure commercial marketing campaigns are launched timely and on budget.
- Work closely with the Operations team to utilize best practices for app and web platforms to continuously enhance conversion rates across the funnel.
- Take responsibility for the effectiveness of all promotional collaterals and advertising materials ensuring maximum exposure. Launch promotions and Marketing campaigns for digital media.
- Coordinate and collaborate with other departments for sales related matters ( Operations, and Finance department)
- Deploy successful marketing campaigns and own their implementation from ideation to execution.
- Experiment with a variety of organic and paid acquisition channels like content creation, event management, publicity, social media, lead generation campaigns, copywriting, performance analysis.
- Produce valuable and engaging content for our social media that attracts and converts our target groups.
- Presentation, Interpersonal, Communication (written and verbal), Customer Service, Problem Solving and Negotiation Skills.
- Prepare and monitor the marketing budget on a quarterly and annual basis and allocate funds wisely.
- Have a good understanding of audience targeting, social media KPIs & reporting.
- Ability to establish priorities and communicate expectations, working with others to push projects to completion.
- Create and manage social media advertising effectively. That is, promote social media posts to the right audience. Work closely with regional digital teams for effective advertising
Qualification & Skills
- Minimum 2 year of full-time professional experience in a related field.
- Relevant College or University qualification to min Bachelor’s level or equivalent
- QID Holder with Driving License.
- Knowledge of CRM, Ability to meet deadlines, and be flexible in working.
- Experience in Media Planning, Advertising, and Market Search, Sound leadership, management, financial and presentation skills.
- In-depth knowledge of the FMCG industry
- Experienced in managing paid social media to spend across several campaigns and platforms, (including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, etc.)
- Knowledge of social media and analytics software - working knowledge of Hootsuite, Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, etc.
