協助監督/跟蹤雇員關係問題，包括解決方案和後續跟進。協助和支持管理層及領導團隊處理和解決人力資源問題。監督所有錄用和招聘流程，確保符合所有地方、州和聯邦法律以及公司政策和標準。告知人力資源管理部與員工關係相關的問題。回應員工和管理層關於公司和人力資源計劃、政策和指導方針的問題、要求和疑慮。向員工傳達與雇主 - 雇員關係、員工活動，以及人事政策和計劃有關的資訊。審查和確保所有員工記錄和檔案（如面試檔、I-9）的準確維護。協助進行年度員工調查的後勤、管理和時間安排。接聽電話並記錄訊息。協助管理層招聘、培訓、安排、評估、疏導、懲戒、激勵和指導員工。

遵守所有公司安全政策及程序；向經理報告事故、傷害和不安全的工作條件。維護專有資訊的機密性。根據公司的標準，歡迎和答謝所有客人。使用清晰、專業的語言與他人交談；以適當的禮儀接聽電話。與他人建立和保持積極的工作關係；支援團隊達成共同目標；傾聽並適當回應其他員工的問題。使用電腦和/或銷售點系統輸入和查找工作相關資訊。在沒有他人協助的情況下，移動、舉起、攜帶、推動、拉動和放置重量不超過 50 磅的物體。履行主管要求的其他合理的工作職責。
