Roles & Responsibilities
**The main responsibilities will include but not limited to**:

- Forming a social media strategy coherent to the brand and owner’s vision.
- Create creative content in parallel to the brand and marketing campaigns.
- Developing storyboards for multiple formats and platforms.
- Script/ Copy writing of content in Arabic and English across all social media channels.
- Coordination with the creative Agency.
- Planning and execution of social media calendars.
- Monitoring users' engagements on every post.
- Collaborating with Videographers and Multimedia Designers to ensure that posts are engaging.
- Photoshoot, Producing, filming, and editing independently, or with a network of freelancers or suppliers dependent on scale and timeline of project.
- Graphic design skills working on images, illustrations, etc, using Adobe design software.
- Conducting periodical reports on engagement on social media accounts.
- Procure, brief and Manage social media influencers.
- Other Media related tasks.
- Bachelor’s degree holder.
- 4 to 5 years’ experience.
- Awareness of current and emerging social media trends and algorithm.
- Experience in Real Estate sector is highly recommended.
- Proficiency in English & Arabic speaking, writing.
- Creative talent: Ideas /concept generation both independently and as part of a team.
- Good knowledge of appropriate and latest requirements for camera/edit dependent on brief.
- Appropriate tone of voice in community management.
- Attention-to-detail.
- Awareness of current and emerging audio-visual trends.
- Fluent use of relevant editing software.
- Independent management of projects.
- Good time management skills.

Motion graphics skills is a plus.

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Doha: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
