**Position Overview**:
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with excellent communication skills and Arabic proficiency to lead and coordinate key projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. This role is crucial for advancing Proztec's strategic objectives in the banking sector.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Drive all phases of project management, from planning to execution and delivery, within defined budgets and timelines.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, schedules, and budgets.
- Oversee resource allocation, task assignments, and progress monitoring.
- Proactively manage risks, dependencies, and resolve project issues.
- Provide regular updates on project status and resolutions to stakeholders in both Arabic and English.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams throughout the project lifecycle.
- Conduct project reviews to promote continuous improvement.

**Key Stakeholders**:

- **Internal**: CDIO, DS&IT department, Strategy Team, Business Units, Subsidiaries, and Overseas Branches.
- **External**: Service Providers, Vendors, Auditors, Regulatory Bodies, and Business Partners.

**Requirements**:

- Strong project management background, ideally in the banking sector.
- Exceptional communication skills in both Arabic and English, with demonstrated experience managing stakeholders at all levels.
- Skilled in managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

**Educational Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
- A Master’s degree in management/technology or a related discipline is advantageous.

**Experience**:

- 10-15 years in the financial services or banking industry with relevant project management responsibilities.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
- Proven leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- PMP certification is a plus.

**Additional Requirements**:

- **Certifications**: PMP preferred.
