As a Lead well intervention rotator, you will be responsible for:

- Running multiple Complex Wellbore Intervention Jobs in the field
- Preparing Technical Proposals and lead customer engagement for technical support
- Coordinating operations, and lead the commercial engagement with customer when required
- Travelling Across MENATI region to support different WI activities either in the field or office / with customer
- Ensuring the supplied equipment is compatible with all other equipment used for job
- Providing front-line support with customer and accurately completing all paperwork prior to or upon completion of job
- Playing multiple roles from Field to office based on demand across MENATI Region, the position is flexible / Rotational
- Handling special projects as assigned
- Conducting all business activities in accordance with Baker Hughes HSE policies, Legal Compliance requirements and Baker Hughes Core Values

**Fuel your passion**

To be successful in this role you will:

- Have High School diploma
- Have minimum of 10 years running complex fishing / Milling / Slot-recovery / casing exit scope Offshore and Onshore
- Have Field + Technical + Office Coordination along with Sales experience in Well interventions
- Require to work under 24 hour call on a 6 X 4 schedule
- Have experience in Well interventions products and services
