Profound understanding of Charging (E// IN) and Billing systems, particularly Geneva.

Familiarity with Billing System (Geneva) is an added advantage.

In-depth expertise in telecom platforms and services.

Excellent knowledge of emerging technologies and developments in telecom IT.

Proficiency in Oracle database and UNIX is an added advantage.

Strong expertise in SOAP/JSON calls from PL/SQL.

Proficient in Oracle Siebel CRM Tools Configuration, including BC, Links, Views, Screens, Applets, VBC & EBC, Roles & Responsibilities, Siebel Workflow, eScript, and Run-time Events, and more.

Skilled in EAI Integrations, Business Services, Web Services, Symbolic Strings, Scripting, Configuration, data maps, XSLT, SOAP & REST APIs, XMLs, JSON formats, and more.

Experienced in EIM/data conversion, IFB activities, and related tasks.

Competent in Siebel Server Administration, encompassing Repository Migrations, SRF movement, Server management commands, Siebel Log & Spool files analysis, Tools Local Database extraction.

Proficiency in Oracle database SQL & PL SQL and UNIX.

Demonstrated eagerness to learn and adapt to new developments in Siebel and other CRM-related activities.

Exceptional interpersonal, communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.

Renowned for innovative and creative thinking.

Fluent in spoken and written English.
