Sr. Kitchen Agent

**About the role**

In this interesting role, you will be responsible for smooth flow of information and delivery of food between Operations and Production. You will ensure that all meals are delivered on time to the Operations Department as per the batch delivery timings and also confirm the correct and latest flight loads are provided to production for smooth functioning.

To achieve success in this role you will need to:

- Coordinate with Operations department to monitor flight loads of all flights and informs all kitchen section to avoid shortages and overproduction.
- Liaise with Chef on duty to ensure that all food are ready for handover on time to Operations department as per batch wise requirements to avoid delay.
- Check on all food choices to guarantee that the kitchen section produced as per airline specifications and standards.
- Take on tasks given by the Chef on duty from time to time to ensure proper coordination between Production and Operation department as requested by Management.
- Maintain handover sheet and inventory sheet for flight as well as for lounge to keep the documentation for future reference.
- Implement to the section that handover of food items happen between kitchen and assembly upon agreed time to avoid delays.
- Maintain that all meals are in accordance to airline menu specifications and standards.
- Implement food safety standards procedure and personal hygiene for proper handling of food to ensure quality of food within standards.

**Qualifications**:
**About you**

High School Qualification with minimum 2 years of job-related experience or Bachelors Degree /Diploma with minimum 1 year of job-related experience.

In addition, you will have the following job specific skills:

- Good Computer skills in MS Office
- Good written and spoken English
