We are seeking a skilled and dynamic Program Management Officer to join our team on a temporary basis. Freshers are also welcomed. As a Program Management Officer, you will be responsible for assisting in the planning, execution, and oversight of various projects within our organization. This role requires a strong foundation in programming and a range of other competencies to ensure successful project delivery.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to define project objectives, scope, and deliverables.
- Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets.
- Conduct research and analysis to support project decision-making processes.
- Monitor project progress and performance, identifying and addressing potential risks and issues.
- Assist in the coordination of project resources, including team members, vendors, and external partners.
- Prepare and present project reports, status updates, and recommendations to senior management.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of project management processes and methodologies.
- Provide support in project documentation, including requirements gathering, specifications, and testing.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience in program or project management, preferably in a technical or IT environment.
- Strong knowledge of programming languages such as Java, Python, C++, or others.
- Familiarity with project management tools and software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Jira, Trello).
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and leadership skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize workloads, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
- Certification in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is a plus.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Temporary
Contract length: 6-8 months
