Sharepoint Specialist

**Role Overview**:
As a **SharePoint Specialist**, you will be responsible for administering, upgrading, and optimizing SharePoint environments, including **SharePoint Server Subscription Edition** and **SharePoint 2019**. You will work on automating deployments using **CI/CD pipelines**, implementing **DevSecOps best practices**, and ensuring the security and compliance of SharePoint systems. Experience with **full-stack development** and integrating SharePoint with other enterprise systems will be a plus.

**Key Responsibilities: SharePoint Administration & Upgrades**:

- Install, configure, and manage **SharePoint Server Subscription Edition** and **SharePoint 2019**.
- Perform upgrades, migrations, and patches to ensure system security and stability.
- Manage SharePoint environments, including **performance tuning, backup, and disaster recovery planning**.
- Administer **SharePoint security, user permissions, governance policies, and compliance measures**.

**Automation & DevOps Practices**:

- Implement **SecDevOps & DevSecOps methodologies** to enhance security in SharePoint development and deployment.
- Develop and manage **CI/CD pipelines** for automating SharePoint deployments and updates.
- Optimize workflows and automate business processes using **Power Automate, PowerApps, and PowerShell scripting**.
- Integrate SharePoint with DevOps tools such as **Azure DevOps, Git, and Jenkins**.

**Development & Customization**:

- Design and develop custom SharePoint solutions using **PowerApps, Power Automate, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, REST APIs, and PowerShell**.
- Integrate SharePoint with other Microsoft 365 services such as **Teams, OneDrive, and Outlook**.
- Customize SharePoint UI/UX to enhance user experience.

**Collaboration & Support**:

- Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution for SharePoint environments.
- Train users and stakeholders on SharePoint best practices and new features.
- Document system configurations, development processes, and deployment strategies.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- **Experience**: 4+ years in **SharePoint administration, development, and DevOps practices**.
- **Technical Skills**:

- Strong expertise in **SharePoint Server Subscription Edition & SharePoint 2019**.
- Hands-on experience with **CI/CD automation** for SharePoint deployments.
- Knowledge of **SecDevOps & DevSecOps methodologies** in SharePoint security implementation.
- Proficiency in **PowerShell, Power Automate, PowerApps, and REST APIs**.
- Strong understanding of **SharePoint security, permissions, governance, and compliance**.
- Experience with **Azure DevOps, Git, and Jenkins** for automation and deployments.
- **Full-stack development** experience (JavaScript, React,.NET, or Python) is a plus.
- **Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills**: Ability to troubleshoot SharePoint issues and optimize system performance.
- **Certifications (Preferred but not required)**: Microsoft Certified: SharePoint Associate, Power Platform certification, or Azure DevOps certification.
