About the role

Supervise Image & Style Officers and ensure the grooming suite is maintained with the required products to support the Image and Style Department in Ground Services. Confirm that new and existing Uniform Hub staff and other employees in uniform meet Grooming and uniforms Standards.

Key accountabilities include:

- Perform grooming/uniform fitting checks to CS Instructor/Hub uniformed staff to ensure they are correctly representing the image of the Company.
- Deliver training, advice and guidance to Customer Experience uniformed staff/Hub services uniformed staff to ensure that grooming is in accordance with company uniform policy and grooming standards.
- Provide feedback to Image and Style Officers to improve efficiency within the Department.
- Propose suggestions and improvements to develop and upkeep the Image and Style Department on a regular basis.
- Update Grooming/uniform policies, procedures and assessments records within SharePoint, ensuring all documents are accessible for the Image and Style team to maintain a high level of grooming knowledge.
- Liaise with Group Uniforms Department in terms of uniform quality, distribution and replacement to ensure stock is readily available and staff always have adequate uniform available to them.

**Qualifications**:
About you

Without a Degree:
High School Qualification / Vocational Qualification /Diploma or Equivalent (Type of Diploma

Based on Role) with Minimum 5 years of job-related experience

With a Degree:
Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent with Minimum 4 years of job-related experience

Qatari Nationals:
Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent without prior experience

- Relevant experience
- Experience in supervisory role

Job Specific Skills:
Command of English language
- Ability to allocate work, set clear direction and manage workflow.
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal.
- Ability to capture the attention of an audience and to follow up on messages delivered.
- Ability to note and highlight behaviors and actions, which require corrective feedback, and be able to deliver that feedback in a constructive manner.
- Good Computer Literacy in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Outlook and Excel.
- Ability to facilitate and demonstrate training sessions on facial, make up, grooming and conduct.
- Managerial skills - Ability to delegate work, set clear direction and manage workflow. Strong mentoring and coaching skills. Ability to train and develop subordinate's skills. Ability to foster teamwork among
