**Responsibilities**:
As a Financial Sales Consultant, you will play a key role in driving the growth and success of ECSC by working directly with potential customers to assess their financial needs and sell a variety of financial services. Your primary responsibilities will include:

- Engage with potential customers to determine their financial needs and assess their financial viability.
- Promote and sell a range of financial services and products tailored to meet customer needs.
- Achieve sales targets by effectively managing and converting leads.
- Provide professional sales and customer service support for Business Banking products.
- Assist new and existing customers with inquiries, providing comprehensive solutions and guidance.
- Collaborate with the Business Banking team to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Address and resolve customer inquiries and issues promptly and efficiently.
- Conduct research to provide accurate and timely solutions to customer problems.
- Support departmental functions and assist team members with various duties as needed.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster trust and loyalty.
- Identify opportunities to cross-sell additional financial services to existing clients.
- Participate in networking events and industry forums to enhance business development efforts.
- Continuously seek ways to improve sales strategies and processes.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
- Provide feedback and suggestions to enhance the overall performance of the team.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in financial sales, preferably within the banking sector.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in banking (Retail / Corporate).
- Strong understanding of financial products, services, and market dynamics.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to assess customer needs and provide tailored financial solutions.
- Proactive, results-oriented, and customer-focused approach.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively under pressure.
