**About the role**:
As Fault Reporting Center Operator, you will be responsible for helping us achieve this ambition:

- You will support in delivering a world class, safe and reliable integrated facilities management while putting our customers at the heart of everything that we do.
- You will be responsible for updating status of each corrective maintenance work order onto CMMS.
- You will be coordinating critical incidents via phone calls and handheld radio with maintenance team.
- Process customer queries in compliance to the process governing the reported scenario.
- Ascertain the reported location, asset or system falls within the scope of HIA area of responsibility.

Qualifications

**About you**:

- High School Qualification
- Minimum 2 years of work-related experience required
- Good command of English language in written, listening and spoken.
- Multi-tasker
- Ability to foster teamwork among team members.
- Good user knowledge with computer software’s (MS, CMMS).
