Doha, Qatar Turf general contracting Full time

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Handle end-to-end procurement processes for fit-out and MEP projects, including sourcing, negotiating, purchasing, and managing supplier relationships.
- Coordinate with project managers and teams to determine the material and equipment needs for ongoing projects.
- Evaluate and select suppliers based on quality, cost, and reliability, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
- Issue purchase orders and ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment in line with project schedules.
- Monitor and track orders, ensuring that all procurement activities are completed on time and within budget.
- Maintain accurate procurement records and documentation, including contracts, supplier agreements, and purchase orders.
- Negotiate with suppliers to obtain the best prices, discounts, and payment terms for the company.
- Resolve procurement-related issues, including delays, shortages, and quality concerns.
- Conduct regular market research to stay updated on industry trends, pricing, and new products in the fit-out and MEP sectors.
- Work closely with the finance team to ensure budget compliance and accurate reporting of procurement expenses.

**Qualifications & Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in procurement within the fit-out industry and MEP sector, preferably in Qatar.
- In-depth knowledge of MEP systems, materials, and procurement practices in the construction and fit-out sectors.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus).
- Knowledge of local suppliers and market trends in Qatar is highly preferred.

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Construction, Fit-out MEP: 2 years (required)
