IT Sales Executive

**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Sales and Business Development**:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the IT sector.
- Generate leads and convert them into sales through consultative selling techniques.
- Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- **Client Relationship Management**:
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
- Understand client needs and recommend suitable IT solutions.
- Provide after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction.
- **Product Knowledge**:
- Stay updated on the latest IT products, software, services, and market trends.
- Present and demonstrate IT products and solutions to clients effectively.
- **Sales Reporting**:
- Prepare and deliver sales reports to management.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities in the CRM system.
- **Team Collaboration**:
- Work closely with the technical and marketing teams to ensure seamless customer service.
- Share market insights and client feedback to contribute to product/service improvement.
**Key Skills and Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT sales.
- Strong knowledge of IT products and services (e.g., software, hardware, cloud solutions).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- Experience in selling CAD/AutoCAD Software, cloud-based solutions, or managed IT services.
- Understanding of current market trends and customer needs in the IT industry.
- Familiarity with digital marketing and lead generation tools.
Pay: QAR3,000.00 - QAR3,500.00 per month
