**Job Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:

- **Culinary Expertise**:

- Showcase exceptional skills in preparing a variety of Arabic dishes, including but not limited to Qatari Majboos, Saudi Kabssa, and Mandi.
- Stay updated on current culinary trends and innovations related to Arabic cuisine.
- Maintain a keen understanding of traditional recipes and techniques, ensuring authenticity and quality.
- **Supervision and Leadership**:

- Lead and motivate a team of culinary staff, providing guidance and support.
- Oversee the day-to-day kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and plating.
- Conduct training sessions to enhance the skills of kitchen staff and ensure consistency in food preparation.
- **Quality Control**:

- Enforce and maintain strict hygiene and food safety standards in the kitchen.
- Monitor the quality of ingredients and ensure that they meet the established standards.
- Conduct regular inspections to guarantee the cleanliness and organization of the kitchen.
- **Menu Development**:

- Collaborate with the Head Chef in creating and updating the Arabic cuisine section of the menu.
- Introduce creative and innovative twists to traditional dishes while preserving their authenticity.
- **Cost Management**:

- Assist in managing kitchen expenses by controlling food wastage and optimizing portion sizes.
- Work closely with the Head Chef to develop cost-effective menus without compromising on quality.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as an Arabic Chef de Partie or similar supervisory role in a reputable kitchen.
- In-depth knowledge and expertise in preparing a variety of Arabic dishes, with a focus on Qatari Majboos, Saudi Kabssa, and Mandi.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations.
- Creativity and passion for delivering an exceptional culinary experience.

**Qualifications**:

- Culinary degree or equivalent certification.
- Proven experience in a similar role for at least [X years].
- Fluent in Arabic; proficiency in English is an advantage.
