- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the effectiveness of social media campaigns and make data-driven decisions for continuous improvement.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media tools, trends, and algorithm changes to leverage new opportunities.
- Provide regular reports and insights on social media performance, audience behavior, and competitor analysis.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including design, content, and sales, to ensure consistent messaging and brand identity across all social media platforms.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Social Media Growth Hacker or similar role, with a track record of successful social media campaigns and increased engagement.
- In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices.
- Proficiency in content creation and storytelling, with the ability to produce high-quality and engaging visuals, videos, and written content.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and optimize social media strategies accordingly.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex ideas in a clear and concise manner.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills, with a passion for innovation and staying ahead of industry trends.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a proven ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Solid understanding of marketing principles and strategies, with the ability to align social media activities with overall marketing objectives.
- Knowledge of SEO, keyword research, and online advertising is a plus.

**Salary**: QAR7,000.00 - QAR10,000.00 per month
