**Job Summary**:
The Agro Sales Engineer is responsible for promoting and selling Agro products, including seeds, pesticides, fertilizers, and tools. This role involves providing technical knowledge about the products, explaining their benefits and usage to customers, and maintaining strong client relationships.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Promote and sell Agro products such as seeds, pesticides, fertilizers, and tools.
- Provide detailed product information and demonstrate correct product usage to customers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, offering tailored solutions for their agricultural needs.
- Conduct field visits to assess customer needs, provide product recommendations, and offer technical support.
- Stay updated on new products, technologies, and best practices in agriculture.
- Prepare and deliver presentations and product demonstrations to clients and at agricultural events.
- Collaborate with the marketing team on sales strategies and promotional materials.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform sales strategies.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to the company’s overall growth.
- Should have strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle customer inquiries.
- Willingness to travel to customer sites and agricultural events as needed.
- Supervise and manage all team members related to the sales of agricultural products, ensuring alignment with company goals.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in agriculture, Agronomy, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Gulf countries, with a strong background in agro sales in Qatar.
- Strong understanding of Agro products, including seeds, pesticides, fertilizers, and tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical information clearly.
- Arab nationality is required.
