We are pleased to announce this incredibly exciting opportunity to be part of Qatar Airways Freighter Operations team as a FCLC System Administration Officer in our office in Doha.

The role includes:

- Carry out the required system administration functions as directed by the line management.
- Perform the required system administrative functions and other tasks for the successful implementation of FCLC initiative / projects.
- Keep track of system related issues raised by operations team. Raise vendor / IT service requests for the timely rectification of identified system related issues.
- Coordinate and execute the required actions as documented in Business Continuity plan for FCLC (live FCLC operation in Disaster Recovery (DR) location, in order to maintain the system integrity in DR location).
- Perform the user acceptance testing in freighter weight & balance system for every version release and sign off from the business side.
- Execute all system admin related tasks and regularly update all the required trackers (i.e. System Integrity check, change summary, aircraft data change, defect log, etc.)

**Qualifications**:
About you
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with minimum of 3 years of experience within the air cargo industry.
- Good knowledge of Sable weight and balance system
- Valid Freighter weight and balance certification
- Valid Dangerous Good certification
- Strong command of the English language
- Team oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment
