**Job Title**: Maintenance System Administrator
- 2 Nos

**Location**: Qatar Education City, Doha

**Job Type**: Full-Time
- Contract
- 24 Months ( Extendable)

**Salary**: QAR 6000 **( Full Package)**

**Work Days **:6 Days a Week

**Working hours **:10 Hours a Day

**Overtime**:Overtime shall be paid after 10 hours of work.

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage and maintain the CMMS/EAM system (e.g., Maximo), ensuring data accuracy and efficient system operation.
- Implement asset management, tracking, and inventory control systems.
- Review and update work orders, maintenance schedules, and technical documentation.
- Collaborate with maintenance and operations teams to ensure the timely completion of work orders and tasks.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for IT systems related to maintenance.
- Train staff on using maintenance management software and related systems.
- Continuously improve system processes and make recommendations for enhancements.

**Qualifications and Experience**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- **Experience**: 3-5 years of experience in system administration or a related field.
- Familiarity with maintenance management software (e.g., Maximo, other CMMS/EAM systems).
- Experience with asset management, inventory control, and tracking systems.
- Strong technical skills with a proven ability to understand and implement IT systems.

**Skills**:

- Fluent in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- A fast learner, able to quickly grasp technical concepts and processes.
- Well-organized and able to work efficiently as part of a team.
- Meticulous attention to detail, especially when handling technical documentation and work orders.
