As a senior sales executive at Lusail Medical WLL, your core responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, the following:
**1. Sales Strategy Development**:

- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company revenue and growth targets.
- Identify target markets, customer segments, and geographical areas for potential sales.

**2. Customer Relationship Management**:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, hospitals, clinics, and healthcare facilities.
- Understand the unique needs and preferences of each customer to tailor solutions effectively.

**3. Product Knowledge**:

- Effectively communicate product knowledge to customers and provide training as needed.

**4. Sales Presentations and Demonstrations**:

- Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations for potential clients.
- Highlight the advantages and clinical benefits of medical equipment and supplies.

**5. Sales Target Achievement**:

- Set and work towards monthly and annual sales targets.
- Monitor progress and adjust strategies to meet or exceed targets.

**6. Lead Generation and Prospecting**:

- Identify potential clients and leads through market research, networking, and industry events.
- Qualify leads and prioritize opportunities.

**7. Negotiation and Deal Closing**:

- Negotiate contract terms, pricing, and payment arrangements.
- Close sales deals and secure contracts with healthcare facilities and institutions.

**8. Market Research and Competitive Analysis**:

- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor products, and market dynamics.
- Use market research to adapt sales strategies and identify growth opportunities.

**9. Forecasting and Reporting**:

- Prepare sales forecasts and reports for management, including sales pipelines, revenue projections, and market feedback.

**10. Customer Support**:

- Provide post-sale support to customers, address inquiries, and resolve issues promptly.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction to encourage repeat business.

**11. Team Collaboration**:

- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, customer service, and product development, to align efforts and meet customer needs effectively.

**12. Compliance and Ethics**:

- Adhere to all legal and ethical standards in sales and business practices.
- Ensure that all sales activities align with industry regulations and company policies.

**13. Sales Training and Mentorship**:

- Provide training and mentorship to junior sales team members to enhance their skills and product knowledge.

**14. Travel**:

- Occasionally travel to meet with clients, attend trade shows, and conferences to expand the company's presence.

**15. Feedback and Improvement**:

- Seek feedback from customers and colleagues to continually improve sales strategies and customer satisfaction.

**16. Regulatory Compliance**:

- Stay updated on medical equipment regulations and compliance requirements, ensuring all sales activities meet legal standards.

**17. Documentation**:

- Maintain detailed records of sales activities, including client interactions, negotiations, and sales agreements.

**Salary**: From QAR7,000.00 per month

**Experience**:

- Medical equipment and supplies sales: 2 years (required)

**Language**:

- English (required)
- Arabic (preferred)

License/Certification:

- Qatari Driving License (required)
