Receptionist (Arabic Speaking)

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
- Answer and direct phone calls promptly and courteously.
- Manage inquiries and provide accurate information about the company and its services.
- Schedule appointments and maintain appointment calendars.
- Assist in maintaining office security by following safety procedures and controlling access.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
- Assist with administrative tasks as needed.
**Requirements**:
- Fluency in Arabic is essential, with proficiency in English preferred.
- Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role is advantageous.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and a positive attitude.
- Residence in Qatar is preferred.
