**Receptionist (Arabic Speaking)**

**Job Summary**:As a Receptionist in Qatar, you will be the first point of contact for visitors and clients. Your role involves providing excellent customer service, managing phone calls, and facilitating communication, with proficiency in Arabic.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Front Desk Management**:Greet and assist visitors in a professional and welcoming manner.
Answer and direct phone calls, taking messages as needed.

**Language Proficiency**:Fluent in Arabic to effectively communicate with Arabic-speaking clients and visitors.
Strong proficiency in English for clear communication in a multicultural environment.

**Administrative Support**:Assist in various administrative tasks, including scheduling appointments, preparing invoices, and managing office supplies.
Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.

**Customer Service**:Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and directing individuals to the appropriate personnel.
Maintain a neat and organized reception area.

**Qualifications**:

- Fluency in Arabic (spoken and written) is essential.
- Proficiency in English is required.
- Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Well-organized with attention to detail.

**Job Types**: Permanent, Full-time

**Salary**: QAR3,000.00 - QAR5,000.00 per month
