**About the Role**

Working closely with the Regional HR Services Lead,also interfacing with colleagues from other regions and global, you will beresponsible for supporting the ownership of operations performance of HRServices, ensuring and maintaining fit-for-purpose processes, governingend-to-end delivery. You will also take a role in driving HR transformationinitiatives within your region, implementing harmonised and standard processes,working closely with counterparts in payroll and HR products.

**How You will Make an Impact**
- A"Regional HR Services Expert" works alongside the Regional HRServices Lead, ensuring efficient and effective HR Services delivery through aneco-system of providers i.e. employee on-boarding andoff-boarding support, employee inquires, people and organizational datamanagement, etc.
- Supportin driving change initiatives in area of responsibility, often acrossseveral/all HR functions and involving (senior) business leaders
- Buildingand strengthening process know-how in order to future proof the organisation
- Supportof other HR IT / Business Process initiatives, e.g. contributing regional ortopic expertise and aspects, playing a key role in the roll-out in assignedcountries
- Workclosely and support in the service management of the business processoutsourcing service provider, ensuring quality operations, whilst playing a keyrole on deficiency resolution
- Acontributor in our global HR transformation project, whilst ensuring continuingof existing operations

**What You Bring**
- Experiencein HR Services / Business Processes including shared services / HR BPOoutsourcing operations, i.e. HR Administration, Payroll, HR query Management(Service Desk)
- HR ITdomain know-how - Workday HCM, ServiceNow, SAP desirable
- Experiencein supporting the management / service management of an eco-system of partners/ vendors in HR Services
- Trackrecord in supporting the delivery of change / improvement projects,specifically in HR services
- Problemsolving and critical thinking skills with a continuous improvement mindset
- Analyticalskills and fact based decision ability
- Self-directedwith an ability to organize, plan, prioritize
- Outstandingcommunication skills
- Excellentorganizational and time management skills
- Self-motivatedto drive initiatives through to completion as an individual contributor andthrough others
- Abilityto thrive in a global environment, working flexibly where required
- Degreein Administration with HR or a combination of HR/IT, or Business InformationSystems

In this role you will be working within the HumanResources function - HR Systems and Services, a truly global and diverse teamof specialists with an open mindset, responsible for guaranteeing operational performance andbudget adherence of HR Systems & Services, ensuring and maintainingfit-for-purpose HR systems and processes, safeguarding end-to-end deliverywhile promoting Siemens Energy digital transformation. Youwill get all the trust and empowerment to be successful. Handling varioustopics spread across HR operations and geographies will be intense, global andrequire certain flexibility and commitment.
