Receptionist (HR- Admin Assistant)

1. Greet clients and visitors with a positive, helpful attitude and direct them appropriately.
2. Answer phones in a professional manner, and routing calls as necessary.
3. Directs visitors by maintaining employee and department directories.
4. Maintains security by following procedures, monitoring logbook, and issuing visitor badges.
5. Keep a safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
6. Support continuity among work teams by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and continuing needs.
7. Assisting with a variety of administrative tasks including copying, faxing, taking notes, and making travel plans.
8. Prepare meeting and training rooms.
9. Ensure knowledge of staff movements in and out of organization
10. Manage attendance and leave management for all employees
11. Manage travel bookings and related arrangement for all employees
12. Organize and mange the get togethers and other activities
13. Receive and sort mail and deliveries
14. Assist the HR Head with reports and other Admin related ad hoc activities.
15. Provide secretarial support to the Management
**Criteria**
- Should be detailed oriented
- Organizational skills and ability to prioritize
- Flexible in timings and can handle work pressure
- Have high work ethics and take responsibility of the work undertaken.
- Must be an expert in excel skills
No Overtime for this position
**Salary**: QAR3,000.00 per month
