- Proficiency in reporting tools such as SAP Crystal Reports, Power BI, Tableau, or Oracle Reports.
- Understanding of business intelligence (BI) and analytics concepts.
- **Version Control and Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)**:

- Familiarity with version control systems like Git or SVN.
- Understanding of Agile and DevOps methodologies.

- Previous experience as an ERP developer or in a similar role.

- Familiarity with industry-specific regulatory requirements and best practices.
