planning and coordinating the annual core HR processes, such as SCORE, Target Setting, Salary Round, Bonus Round, TLU, talent and succession activities, and development programs.Our team is looking for a Rewards Manager.Key Focus Areas: Develop total rewards strategies and programs, job evaluations and rewards, performance management, and succession planning.The Total Rewards Manager is in charge of creating, planning, and executing benefit, wellness, and compensation programs, policies, and procedures.The manager will be responsible for ensuring legal compliance as well as cost effectiveness.The manager will collaborate with Human Resources (HR) teams and management to ensure that total rewards initiatives and programs are aligned with the organization's strategic direction.Conduct evaluations of industry standards and benchmarking for employee benefit and compensation programs in collaboration with consultants. Create new or improve existing communication plans and resources to assist employees in making the most of available programs to promote overall well-being.Design, manage, and evaluate competitive benefits, compensation, and rewards programs that improve the organization's ability to attract and retain employees while delivering desired results.Data reporting and analytics coordination with internal stakeholdersGiving HR advice from a C&B standpointCollaboration with teams on C&B projectsAssist the HR director with

Project management and coordination

As needed, lead and coordinate the region's talent/rewards/learning and sourcing people events.

Ensure that contracts are in accordance with local and global policies and legal requirements.

Qualifications for the position of rewards manager

Excellent organizational skills

Language proficiency in English (Oral and writing)

A university degree or its equivalent from an accredited institution is required.

Certification of insurance and/or benefits (CEBS, GBA, CIC).

Compensation Professional Certification (CCP).

Professional certification from SHRM (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP).

Minimum of 5 years of C&B experience in a large organization, preferably in the Middle East.

Practical knowledge of job evaluation, succession planning, and compensation benchmarking

Solid C&B knowledge and systematic training, as well as familiarity with an external compensation service provider.I’m
