- Installing and configuring client/Internal computer systems.
- Responding to client IT support requests.
- Meeting with clients to diagnose software, networking, or hardware issues.
- Providing technical support on-site or via remote-access systems.
- Offering solutions that meet the needs of the client.
- Perform AMC, support tasks whenever needed.
- Maintaining good client relations.
- Tracking and managing work records.
- Compiling job reports.
- Troubleshooting, diagnosing, and solving hardware, software, and other issues affecting the

network and device.
- Replacing defective hardware components of the network where possible.
- Network performance monitoring to decide whether any changes are required.
- Conferring with network users on solving issues with current networks.
- Work within established configuration and change management policies to ensure awareness, approval and success of changes made to the network infrastructure.
- Select and implement security tools, policies, and procedures in conjunction with the company’s security team. - Liaise with vendors and other IT personnel for problem resolution.
- Provide regular reports to Supervisor/ Manager

**Salary**: QAR2,000.00 - QAR3,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Doha: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
