- Competitive- Qatar Doha- Contract- Oil & Gas- Bachelor’s in sciences with technical background as a discipline engineer, Project Engineer, Field Engineer, or Construction Superintendent, Construction Manager with solid and proven project execution experience. Fifteen (15) years minimum experience in project execution, with a strong background in fabrication, construction and management of medium to large greenfield construction activities. Proven experience with Advanced Work Packaging (AWP) methodology and systems completion management and tools. Experience with multi-cultural type Projects. Experience with LNG or petrochemical onshore projects is preferred. Good organizational, planning, communication, and execution skills. Computer literacy (MS Office, SCDB, Primavera). Well-developed interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate with several organisational levels Developed coordination and planning skills. The position is responsible and accountable for all construction activities pertaining to their area (Process, Utilities, Common Facilities, Off-sites, CO-2 compression and HeRu#4) of EPC-1 WORK through interfaces management, construction/pre-commissioning activities to hand-over to the Commissioning and Completion Teams in accordance with the Completion Sequence. This position is located at RLIC Site to supervise the execution of the fabrication and construction works, ensuring compliance with the approved construction sequence and a seamless transition with the pre-commissioning, then commissioning activities. The position shall interact daily with its counterpart at EPC-1 Contractor on the premise that both COMPANY and EPC-1 Contractor have “mirror” organizations. The position includes a close coordination and interaction with the Head of Planning or Planning and Schedule Specialist(s) and Area Division Manager(s) in order to keep control on the schedule and key Project and Progress Milestones. The position includes the review, comment and approval of construction related deliverables submitted by the EPC-1 Contractor such as but not limited to construction related deliverables, method statement, job safety assessment, ready for commissioning dossiers
