**Your day-to-day**:

- Regularly inspect all air-conditioning, refrigeration, and other carrying out preventive maintenance of all employee accommodation
- Carries out all necessary repairs to all equipment and control.
- Carries out a regular inspection as well as cleans all air filters.
- Installs any new air-conditioning or refrigeration equipment.
- Alters any existing air
- conditioning, and refrigeration equipment.
- Assists with any other required tasks in his/her scope of expertise within the Accommodation team

**What we need from you**:

- High school or equivalent education required.
- One to two years experience in related positions.
- Prior hotel experience preferred.
