About the role:
As Security Agent - Identification Cards you will be responsible for an issuance of the identification cards for Qatar Airways (QR) Group employees, consultants and contractors for the entry into the respective Qatar Airways (QR) Group facilities including all administrative support to the Group Security identification card offices by handling correspondence, communicating, collating information and maintaining records on daily basis.- Co-ordinate the employee enrolment verification in the HR system.- The requests review for identification cards across Qatar Airways (QR) Group.- Scheduling appointments for the issuance of identification cards.- Taking the employee and contractors photographs, processing and storing in the system.- Ensure that the photographs are taken in accordance with Qatar Airways (QR) Group grooming standards, with the supervision of a grooming supervisor or an officer.- Issuance of an identification cards that correspond to the appropriate system access levels to Qatar Airways (QR) Group employees, consultants and contractors.- Capturing and storing the fingerprint biometrics in an identification card system.- Printing and an issuance of an identification cards.- Maintaining electronic records of all transactions involving the issuance process of identification cards.- Updating the Qatar Airways (QR) internal workflow system to confirm an issuance.- Processing request of the lost or stolen identification cards.- Processing the documentation for the payment of reissued identification cards that have been reported lost or stolen.- Collection and cancellation of identification cards during an employee separation clearance process.- Processing and issuance of cards for flight deck and cabin crew.- Ensure the necessary stock inventory of printing equipment and consumables is properly maintained.- Writing daily and monthly reports- Liaising with the relevant internal and external stakeholders**Be part of an extraordinary story**

Qualifications

About you:
**Without Degree**:
- High School Qualification with Minimum 2 year of job-related experience

**With a Degree**:
- Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent with No prior job-related work experience

Essential- Relevant Vocational, Tertiary or Trade qualification- 2 year’s previous experience within an administrative role.Preferred- Certificate in Computer Applications- Administrative or secretarial qualifications.

**Job Specific Skills**:
Essential-
- Good understanding of the operation of standard office equipment.- Knowledge of clerical and administrative procedures and systems such as filing and record keeping.- Excellent written and spoken English language skills.- Attention to details

Preferred- Ability to communicate effectively in a multicultural, multinational environment.- Knowledge of the principles and practices of basic office management
