Call Center Agent

**CALL CENTER AGENT**
**Responsibilities**:
- Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to promote our products/services and secure sales.
- Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets to contribute significantly to the company's revenue growth.
- Develop and maintain a strong understanding of our products/services to effectively address customer inquiries and objections.
- Build and nurture long-term customer relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth and efficient order processing and delivery of products/services.
- Provide regular updates on sales activities and performance metrics to the sales manager.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitors to identify new sales opportunities.
- Utilize CRM software to manage customer interactions, track sales, and maintain accurate records.
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues and ensure a seamless customer experience.
**Requirements**:
- Age below 30 years to bring a youthful and dynamic approach to the sales process.
- Excellent command of the English language to effectively communicate with international customers.
- Proven experience in tele sales with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills to close deals successfully.
- Experience in logistics or related fields is an added advantage.
- High energy, self-motivated, and driven to achieve sales goals.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic sales environment.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers and colleagues.
- Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.
Residing in Qatar with valid QID & NOC
