The Project manager is responsible for the engineering and technical disciplines of ongoing projects and will establish inspection criteria for the proper implementation of all the elements of a project.
- Plan the daily, weekly and monthly site-related activities.
- Manage a team of foremen, supervisors and engineers on a daily basis
- Ensure project cost and progress reports are submitted by your team for management review as required.
- Ensure that materials requests are placed in a timely manner.
- Ensure that all company resources are being used productively at all times.
- Ability to plan and prioritize projects.
- Ability to carry out verbal and written directions and to communicate them to other employees.

**Key points**:

- Valid driver's license an advantage
- Must have previous experience working in Qatar (Contracting company).
- Must have experience in managing critical projects.
- Must be proficient in the use of Auto CAD
- Experience with Microsoft project or similar planning software an advantage

**EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE**:

- Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering (**Preferably a graduate of the University of Egypt**).
- Ability to manage construction projects (large and small), direct construction crews, and interact with architects, designers and mechanical/electrical engineers in a professional manner.
- Proven working experience in construction management processes and methods.
- Expert knowledge of fabrication, construction details and relevant rules, regulations, and quality standards.
- Familiarity with construction management software packages;
- Competent in conflict and crisis management;
- Leadership and human resources management skills.
- Excellent time and project management skills

**Salary**:Salary & perks commensurate with experience.
