**Key Responsibilities**:
- Maintain brand consistency across all creative outputs, adhering to company branding guidelines.
- Produce high-quality visuals for digital platforms, including website banners, product images, and video content.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm and execute creative concepts.
**Digital Marketing**
- Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
- Monitor and analyze digital marketing performance metrics and prepare reports on campaign success.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, audience preferences, and opportunities for engagement.
- Manage and grow the company’s online presence through innovative social media strategies.
**E-commerce and Online Purchasing**
- Use e-commerce platforms such as Amazon, Alibaba, and others to research and manage purchases of goods for the company.
- Collaborate with procurement and marketing teams to source quality products that align with company needs.
- Optimize product listings, ensuring accurate and appealing descriptions, images, and metadata.
- Provide insights and recommendations for improving the company’s e-commerce strategies.
**Other Responsibilities**
- Stay updated with the latest design tools, marketing trends, and e-commerce innovations.
- Maintain organized digital asset libraries and ensure proper backup of design work.
- Support cross-departmental projects as needed.
**Educational and Professional Requirements**:
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Digital Marketing, or related field.
- **Experience**: Minimum of 5 years of experience in graphic design and digital marketing, with hands-on experience in e-commerce platforms like Amazon and Alibaba.
**Skills**:
- Proficiency in graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Ads, SEO tools, social media management tools).
- Familiarity with online purchasing and e-commerce workflows.
- Fluent in English, with excellent communication skills.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and project management skills.
