Admin Coordinator

**We are looking to hire qualified Admin Coordinator to join our dynamic team.**
- 3-5 yrs in Admin Assistant/Coordinator level to maintain the day to day business knowledge of MS office (Word, Excel, Power point and Outlook)
- Responsible for the entire requirements of office, supplies and services and also maintaining the proper stores, office furniture, and office equipment's. Recieving and issuing the materials promptly to end user and requistioned. Control over supplies and services and maintaining recoreds for all items.
- Plans, coordinates and directs the provision of procurement (Direct and Petty Cash) considering the standards of quality from local market on competitive prices by ensuring the cost effective management.
- Also, coordinate with co-worker activities such as house keeping, pest control service, office maintenance, landscaping and gardening, courier and mail service for during the leave period.
- Schedule and conduct regular visits to buildings/ locations to maintain the high level of services standards and report any preventive maintenance or damages.
- Ensure complience with companies policies and procedure and Health, Safety and Enviromental guidelines.
- Demonstrate visible commitment to HSE&S by periodivally leading/ taking part in risk assesments, audits, HSE meetings, emergency drills, tool box talks, watch programmee, etc.
- Reports to the company's support services officer.
- Holding a valid Qatar driving license.
