**Position Overview**

We are seeking an experienced and knowledgeable **Sales Engineer** to join our leading home automation company.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Identify potential clients and generate new business through networking and referrals.
- Conduct technical presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients.
- Provide consultative solutions to clients based on their specific requirements.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
- Provide feedback to management on customer needs and product improvements.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline status.
- Oversee the installation process and provide technical guidance to ensure successful delivery of services.
- **Handle after-sales support**, including troubleshooting, maintenance, and addressing customer concerns.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
- Proven experience in outdoor sales, preferably in the smart home or technology sector.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the region.

**Desired Skills**
- In-depth knowledge of smart home technologies, CCTV systems, and networking solutions.
- Strong technical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to analyze sales data, market trends, and provide technical solutions.
- Experience in project management and customer relationship management.

**Work Environment**
- This position requires regular travel to meet clients and attend industry events.
- Flexibility in working hours may be required to accommodate client schedules.

**Salary Structure**
- The salary structure for the Outdoor Sales Engineer will be primarily commission-based, incentivizing performance and sales achievements.
- The commission will be calculated based on the total sales generated each month, with higher commission rates for exceeding sales targets.
- Additionally, the company will provide a company car and cover gas expenses to support the Outdoor Sales Engineer's ability to reach clients effectively.

Pay: QAR3,000.00 - QAR8,000.00 per month
