(Fine Dining) Restaurant Assistant Manager - Male; Arabic or Eur0pean are preferred for this role.

Starting Monthly Salary**:QAR 5,200++** OR **QAR 7,500 **full package / all in
- ++ with FREE transportation and SHARED room accommodation_

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist the Restaurant Manager in overseeing daily operations, ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and health and safety regulations.
- Provide exceptional customer service, promptly addressing customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints to ensure a positive dining experience.
- Supervise and train restaurant staff, including servers, hosts, and kitchen staff, ensuring they provide excellent customer service and perform their duties effectively.
- Monitor and maintain the quality of food and beverage service, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and adherence to established standards.
- Assist in managing inventory, including ordering and receiving supplies, monitoring stock levels, and controlling costs.
- Collaborate with the Restaurant Manager to develop and implement strategies to increase sales, improve profitability, and achieve financial targets.
- Take an active role in staff scheduling, ensuring proper coverage and efficient use of labor resources.
- Assist in conducting performance evaluations and providing constructive feedback to staff members.
- Assist in maintaining cleanliness, sanitation, and hygiene standards in all areas of the restaurant, including dining areas, restrooms, and kitchen.
- Stay updated on industry trends, new products, and best practices to continuously improve restaurant operations.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality management role is required.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to effectively interact with customers, staff, and vendors.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and health standards.
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multitask, and adapt to changing priorities.
- Proficient in using restaurant management software and POS systems.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in hospitality or related field is a plus.
