Position : Service Management Manager

Contract : Full time / Permanent

Client : Government

Job Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement service management strategies that align with the organization's goals and objectives
- Manage the service management budget
- Oversee the development and execution of service management initiatives
- Work with other departments to ensure that the service management strategy is consistent across all channels
- Track and measure the results of service management initiatives and make necessary adjustments
- Stay up‐to‐date on service management trends and best practices
- Represent the organization at industry events and conferences.

Qualifications:

- Degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field or equivalent
- Minimum of 10 years relevant experience
- Experience in a Governmental & B2B environment
- Experience in developing budgets and business plans
- Superior negotiation skills for both internal and external purposes
- Strong working knowledge of data analysis and performance metrics, using business management software (ex: SAP,ERP, CRM)
- Experience in service management, with a focus on technology or governmental organizations
- Strong understanding of service management principles and practices
- Experience with service management tools and platforms
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong analytical and problem‐solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
