- Min 3 years experience as Graphic Design/Marketing field in creative development and execution
- Strong communication, analytical skills, and interpersonal skills (English essential), excellent creative and conceptualization
- Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced, evolving, dynamic environment and meet deadlines
- Detail oriented, highly enthusiastic and a team player, with positive attitude and high energy level
- Experience in a retail design company or similar would be an advantage
- Strong project Management skills to deliver a project from concept to execution
- Knowledgeable in all aspects of graphic design: layout, typography, color theory and production processes
- Clear understanding of materials and construction processes
- Ability to develop innovative design solutions in accordance with company requirements and within brand standards
- Commitment to assist all areas of the business and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
- Advanced knowledge of print production methods and ability to brief and manage 3rd party local suppliers

**Computer Skills**:

- Knowledge of all Microsoft office packages
- Other software knowledge such as QuarkXPress, FreeHand, 3ds Max, Dreamweaver, Flash, and CAD would be an advantage

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Doha: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)
