**The purpose of this role is to manage the office properties and assets in an organized, execute and supervise administrative tasks on a day-to-day basis.**
- Maintains files and records according to departmental policies and procedure's.
- Communicative information of documents
- Handles routine queries and refers to the appropriate individual
- Assists in the preparation of reports, as instructed
- Assists with the development of a variety of correspondence, transcribes correspondence, and distributes as required
- Assists with maintenance of the database and filling system, both electronic and hardcopy.
- Receive, register and distribute all incoming mail, electronic mail and hard copy documents based on priority
- Tracks and logs all incoming and outgoing documents
- Maintains confidentially at all times
- Perform other duties assigned

**Salary**: QAR9,000.00 - QAR10,000.00 per month

Ability to Commute:

- Doha (preferred)

Ability to Relocate:

- Doha: Relocate before starting work (preferred)
