We have a fantastic opportunity for a Cuttings Master to join our dynamic team at Naseej. As a Cuttings Master, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the highest standards of accuracy and craftsmanship in our garment production process.

**Responsibilities**:

- Utilize your expertise to execute precise fabric cutting based on patterns, ensuring mínimal wastage and maximum utilization of materials.
- Collaborate with the design team to understand pattern requirements and translate them into accurate cuts.
- Maintain and operate cutting equipment, ensuring safety protocols are followed at all times.
- Quality control of cut fabrics to ensure they meet design specifications and quality standards.
- Train and guide junior cutting staff in best practices to enhance team skills and efficiency.
- Assist in inventory management, tracking fabric quantities, and reporting shortages in a timely manner.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Cuttings Master or similar role in the garment industry.
- Proficiency in fabric cutting techniques, with a keen understanding of different types of fabrics.
- Ability to interpret patterns and technical specifications accurately.
- Knowledge of various cutting equipment and their maintenance.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- Organizational and time-management skills to meet production deadlines.
- Adaptability to a fast-paced and evolving work environment.
