**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Coffee Preparation**: Brew and serve a variety of coffee drinks, including espresso-based beverages and specialty teas, using professional equipment.
- **Beverage Knowledge**: Maintain extensive knowledge of coffee origins, brewing methods, and flavor profiles to educate guests and suggest pairings.
- **Guest Service**: Provide attentive and friendly service, taking orders and ensuring guest satisfaction throughout their experience.
- **Maintenance**: Keep the coffee station and dining area clean and organized, adhering to health and safety standards.
- **Inventory Management**: Monitor stock levels of coffee, syrups, and other ingredients, and assist with ordering as needed.
- **Collaboration**: Work alongside kitchen staff and servers to ensure seamless service and an outstanding dining experience.
- **Training**: Assist in training new baristas on equipment operation and beverage preparation techniques.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience as a barista in a fine dining or specialty coffee setting preferred.
- Knowledge of coffee brewing methods and non-alcoholic beverage trends.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a busy environment.
- Passion for coffee and a commitment to quality.
