**Responsibilities & Duties**
- Conducts nutrition consultations.
- Helps patients set and reach their health goals.
- Compiles information and tracks client progress towards their health goals.
- Keeps detailed patient records.
- Advises patients on healthy nutrition practices.
- Develops customized meal plans and grocery lists.
- Meets with patients regularly to track their progress.
- Collaborates with the patient’s doctors and nurses.
- Stays up-to-date on nutrition research.
- Adheres to the MOPH guidelines.
- Devises & implements plans to improve and develop the department.
- Coordinates with the kitchen staff, Clinic, and patients for the preparation of the patient’s meal.

**Competency (knowledge, skills, & abilities)**
- Bachelor’s degree of Nutrition
- At least 5 years of experience as a Dietician
- QCHP license as a Dietician is a plus
- Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and listening skills.
- Demonstrates strong interpersonal skills
- Excellent team-player
